daddy claims white fish sashimi tastes too fishy for him
so grandma preserves it sandwiched in kelp and squeezes some sudachi.
miraculously it turns into his favorite dish;
"Tai no Kobujime" (seaweed pressed sea bream)

grandma grows various herbs in her garden
rosemary, thyme, italian basil, parsley, chives, dill, mint, etc.
there she picks fresh chamomile to brew her favorite tea.
